We are based in the green and pleasant land that is the United Kingdom. Our friendly support desk super hero’s office is open for calls Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm GMT. Outside these times our founder is likely to be checking for zendesk tickets anyway.
Alpaka has built-in support. When logged in to Alpaka click on the MORE menu in the navigation and click on the Support button. Click on 'Add ticket' then fill out your query / question. Be as descriptive as possible so we can help you in one response, then click on the Submit Ticket button. You can also call us on +44 (0) 203 905 1300 to speak to our support super-heroes. They are pretty ace.
